Easy, Breezy, Beautiful, Covergirl
As a BzzAgent I received two free COVER GIRL Lip Perfection lipstick to review. I was very exited to review these products because I am a huge Cover Girl fan and even tho they have a few misses for me I love their products. When I opened my box I saw I had gotten some coupons along with the two shades of Lip Perfection lipsticks which I will be passing along to my friend.
Now to the review. The two shades I got are 325 - Spellbound which to me looks hot pink and 235 - Fervor which is a very pretty reddish brown. As soon as I saw them I just had to try them out so I set out on the task of breaking the seal which I gotta tell you it's more difficult than it looks, took me about 10 minutes to finally get them open but I was being careful. I do love the packaging, it looks very sleek and futuristic looking.
The two shades I got I am sad to say were way to dark for me, specially Spellbound (hot pink). They are very pigmented. My boyfriend took one look at me and told me to take it off. Fervor (reddish brown) is a more appropriate shade for me but then again it's still pretty strong.
Aside from not liking these two colors, I love everything else about these lipsticks. They are very hydrating and my lips really have improved since I started using the lipstick. I also like that they are matte and not a shiny wet mess.
Overall I think these lipsticks are great and I will be using the coupons I got to purchase some shades that match me better.

Easy Cleaning with SC Johnson
I was overjoiyed when I saw the opportunity to review free SC Johnson products because there is no other brand I trust to help me leave my house clean and smelling fresh. I was surprised I got so many goodies.
Included in my free BzzKit was a Glade Limited Edition Spring Collection jar candle in Sparkle of Spring which is a mix of zesty lime, ginger and vanilla. I love the predominantly lemony scent which fills the room as soon as the seal is broken. Wish I could say I had the honor to light it up but my boyfriend stole it for his office as soon as he saw it.
Also included in my kit was a can of Pledge in a Lemon Clean scent. This product is best used for dusting all types furniture and let me tell you it works great! I love that it doesn't leave a waxy, greasy layer on my furniture like other brands do.
Another product I got to review was a bottle of Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet Cleansing Gel kit which I am so glad came with my kit. I have been watching the commercials for this and have been wanting to buy it but never seemed to remember to look for it on my grocery trips. The box includes the dispenser with the gel inside it. It was very easy to put the dispenser together and I immediatly went to my toilet and squeezed some of that gel. The gel has a clean scent but I like that it doesn't fill the whole bathroom with it so it is not overpowering at all. The dispenser has enough gel for 6 weeks so my toilet will be squeaky clean for a while.
i also had the opportunity to try a bottle of Scrubbing Bubbles Mega Shower Foamer with Extend-A-Clean. This product is the one I like most of all because it makes it so easy and so fun to clean my bathroom. I don't know why but foaming cleaners are so much fun to me, maybe because it's soemthing different than boring liquid cleaners. And talk about easy cleaning, all I had to do was spray a coating of it on the titles, leave it for about 5 minutes, wash it away and I was done. I will defenetly buy this product as soon as I run out.
Last but not least, I got a Glade Plugins Scented Oil refill in Crisp Waters which I didn't really like, I prefer warmer scents but I do have to say it works wonders. The scent quickly fills the room and lasts for days on end. Also is designed to fit Glade and Air Wick scented oil warmers wich is a lifesaver since I didn't have to go out and buy a Glade oil warmer, it fit perfectly on my Air Wick.
After trying out all of the products I recieved I must say that I loved some more than other but I would rebuy every single one. I honestly think that these products are worth every penny because they make cleaning fun and easy and leave you house smelling great for days.
I got to try these products for free as a BzzAgent.

Nail Polish Collection!
Hello everyone!!
I though I would post a picture of my nail polish collection in case anyone is curoius to see what I have right now. This is a growing collection of brands and colors so I will be constantly adding little by little (even tho my hubby thinks I have too much as it is ☺) So here it is:
As you can see I own mostly L.A. Colors nail polishes although my Sinful Colors selection is rapidly growing. I also have NYC, Lycra, Rimmel, Jordana, Orly, Wetn'Wild and Pure Ice. I am not going to list the names of the colors since I stored them up already but if you want to know just ask me. Until next post then ♥.

My HG Nail Polish Base Coat!
Hey all!
Well since this is really my "official" first post I though I would start with base coats! Now I have very soft and thin nails and to add insult to injury they peel horribly so every time I would do my nails the polish would start chipping within a day or two. Sometimes I would do my mani in the evening and by the time I got out of bed the next morning I would have 2 or 3 chips, it was that bad! I have tried so many base coats out there and nail hardeners and nothing ever worked for me. That is until I discovered this little gem, Orly Bonder Rubberized Base Coat.
This stuff is WONDERFUL. It is truly amazing, I can't stress that enough. I bought mine at CVS for $7.99 which for me is a bit pricey (note that I don't spend more than $4 on nail polish unless absolutely necessary) but totally worth every penny and more. This is .6 fl oz of pure gold.
The description at the back of the package says that with this base coat your nails will last up to 2 weeks. I haven't had mine last quite that long but I'm sure that if I used a good top coat like Seche Vite (which I have been wanting to purchase for myself but for some reason keep putting off), and took better care of my mani I'm sure my nails would be chip-free for more than a week. With just one coat of this my nail polish lasts almost a week before I see the first chip and even tho is nothing I can't fix I just don't because I actually grow tired of seeing the same color on my nails for so long.
Now, I did my research of a few base coats before heading out to various drugstores and I did read that Bonder sometimes stains nails since it is an orangy color and also that some people have trouble having it grab on to the nail bed and therefore it just peels off the nail. I myself have not experienced any of this but I do apply it over two coats of Sally Hansen Hard as Nails and it seems to work just fine.
While I settled for this particular base coat I did also consider China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat and I'd like to try that one out, maybe after I run out of the Bonder. I would love to hear your opinions on what is the best base coat for you and how do you make your mani last. Until the next post!

New to Blogging!!
Hey all. As the title of this blog states I am very new to this. Of course I have read a few blog posts
before but this is my very first time attempting to start one. My hopes for this blog is to give my honest opinion about everything and anything I can think of. Wow! This is going to be a very big undertaking for me but I am so looking forward to seeing this blog grow and develop. Anyways... lol. I would love to start posting about my opinions and swatches of my nail polish collection and I guess I'll go from there to include other things such as make-up and anything else that is requested of me. So let me stop rambling and get to the task at hand and I hope you take this great journey with me. =)
